CO-FOUNDER

Prior to Co-Founding MVest, Jack worked at TorQuest Partners in Toronto where he led the due diligence, financing and structuring of new investment opportunities, and worked closely with management teams to identify and execute on their strategic priorities.

Previously, Jack worked in investment banking at Rothschild in New York, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions in the consumer sector.

Jack holds a dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Finance from the Wharton School and in Economics from the School of Arts and Sciences.

CO-FOUNDER

Prior to Co-Founding MVest, Matt worked at RBC Capital Markets in Toronto. As part of the Equity Capital Markets group, Matt worked closely with the investment banking and sales & trading teams in the origination, structuring and execution of equity and equity-related transactions.

Before joining Equity Capital Markets, Matt worked in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets in New York, where he worked on M&A and financing transactions.

Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
